I just spent a miraculous 3 days with some of the best leaders in their respective fields of Innerwork, Health and Wellness, and Spirituality.

The common thread that ran through each person, wasn’t what one would think.

They were all kind individuals. They were all smart and driven. Each of them, experts at what they do. Most of them had been practicing what they preach for a long time.

What was it that made them stand out? They are all following their dreams. They are committed to living what makes them most happy.

Some had careers and left them. Others, like Dr. Wayne Dyer, had a personal, life-changing breakthrough that brought them to their own ground zero and then helped them launch another chapter in their life. Wayne’s experience was one of abandonment. His father had left him to be brought up in an orphanage when he was just a boy.

For me, it’s taken decades to get past challenges I let get in the way of me following my heart’s purpose. In fact, for years I often taught others to follow their dreams, when I had a crazy difficult time admitting I wasn’t following my own.

My point? That it IS POSSIBLE at any stage in your life to start going for what you want in your life. This holds true for work, relationships, abundance. All of the things you really want for yourself and may have let go of for other things.

I’ve done it myself. I teach others to do this as part of my life’s work. If you are having challenges figuring it out, or you just need some support getting momentum on what you know you want to do, let me know. I’m here to help.

I leave you with a quote from an excerpt from A Course In Miracles, pg. 11 of Dr. Robert Holden’s January 9th, Holy Shift! Workbook-p l. Lesson 190. 5:1-6.

Nothing external to your mind can hurt or injure you in any way.

There is no cause beyond yourself  that can reach down and bring oppression.

No one but yourself affects you.

There is nothing in the world that has the power to make you ill or sad, or weak or frail.

But it is you who have the power to dominate all things you see by merely recognizing what you are.”
