10 Nov Why I Joined A New Company
In the spirit of living on purpose, I joined a new company this week! This position isn’t your typical 9-to-5 gig. I don’t have an office at a specific location downtown. In fact, this work, just like my other businesses, allows me to work from home or at the local coffee shop. Really, anywhere where I have my phone I can work.
This is a company that is taking the world by storm and has it’s own goodness. It’s an organization that is leading the clean movement in a way that hasn’t been done before. Clean living, products that are free of toxins. Products that are safe if you have health challenges or are just challenged getting to a healthier place.
I’m so excited by this company because I think it has the ability to change the way that we live and work. II took six months to research it and six months to figure out if it was the right thing for me. I did my due diligence, but you know what sold me in the end? The people. The team. I’ve never experienced the caliber of people that I have with here.
At the moment, it’s not my full-time business. It’s certainly something that could be, but since it’s something that I’m starting on the side, it’s noteworthy to know why I’m making it work this way.
For one, I love my company, and I see ways that this company will work with my own and really, for anyone who wants to generate more income, there are simple steps to either promoting products or building a team that will help me do this.
The way this company works, the business can be put into the nooks and crannies of my day. As long as I make time to grow it, it’s a business that can be “filled in” to my life.
It’s something I can get behind. I really believe in the products and the people. The team is amazing. The products are 100% clean meaning that they are of the highest quality and that time and care has been put into creating them so they are unlike the quality of just about everything else out there.
I care that I can be there for my family. Having some flexibility in my schedule allows me to do all of things that I really want to do. Run different businesses and have time to run my coaching business, launch my own products, and still make time to be there for my family.
Like anything in life, we can’t do it alone. Sometimes, when the desire for perfection creeps in, I want to own and have control of everything. Being perfect is an impossible task and one that no-one can do. We’re human after all.
The Beauty and Necessity of a Team
I rely on a team. The team I’m talking about is like nothing I’ve experienced. The positivity, the leadership, the determination, and the love of this team is of the highest caliber. Successful business of almost any type takes a team to grow, and you’re only as good as the team you have. This team welcomed me in as family from day one, and although that’s how business should run, you don’t find it everyday.
Investing for the Future
If we’re going to do anything of significance in this life, we need a why. What’s mine? My why is that I want to know that I can always do what’s necessary to bring in the abundance, money, and drive to support me and my family. I never want to be in the position –and I’ll tell you right now, I’ve been there, where I feel like I’m going against the grain. Where I don’t know where money and support are coming from. One of the big reasons I joined this team was so no matter what else is going on in my life, there’s a back up plan. A support system and a net. I’m looking at what I build and what I earn to be residual income that supports the extras in life, but can also be so much more if I put the investment of effort and time into it.
I want to be secure in my future. I want to be as sure as possible that what I’m doing will move me forward. I want my family to feel secure. It’s true, I want to provide a true sustainability for myself and my family, and taking that a step further, I’d like to lead this life by example. My family deserves a legacy.
My “why” is that I want my family to know that there is more we can do than merely exist. We can follow our deepest dreams. We can leave something more significant. We can leave the sense that no matter what we’re here to do, we are leaving an impact.
Honestly, it gives me the goosebumps. I want my children to know that their mom cared for them and the world – and we truly can do both. I care about you, just as I care about my family. This is the truth.
If you’ve been with me a while, you know that I have the utmost belief that we’re connected for a reason. There is a reason you are reading this. There is a reason that we’re here in this moment, to lift each other up. I believe this in every ounce of my being.
Let’s realize our dreams.
I really do. This isn’t a sales pitch for my business. It’s straight up talk that I want more out of this life, and I want you to have more out of this life. I want everyone to know their own peace, their own happiness. I want us all to realize our big and small dreams. If I can help you get there, friend, I will. We all can win and we can know it all so much faster when we’re supporting one another.
If you are curious. If you want to know more or you want to chat about life, healthy living, clean products, how to motivate to reach your own goals, feel free to reach out to me. I want to help people that really want to grow their own life to it’s fullest.
There is no pressure. There is no pitch. There is just the truth that there are real resources no matter where you are at in this moment.
If you aren’t in this bucket, that is a-okay. If you know someone who is, please forward this on.
I’m here to be a resource and support for you!
Have an amazing end to your week.
